Uniform:
Seymour Special School has a uniform. This is available through the school or you may purchase your own. Our uniform is unisex and suits both boys and girls.

Summer – Navy knit shorts, red polo shirt, navy wide brimmed or bucket hat and appropriate footwear.
Winter – Navy track pants, red polo shirt, red skivvy, navy windcheater and appropriate footwear.
All students are required to wear the uniform.
Thongs, slip on shoes and shoes with high heels are not permitted, as they provide no safety or protection.
Wide brimmed or bucket sun hats are required in 1st and 4th term. Students are expected to provide their own hats.
Baseball caps are not acceptable as sun hats. These can be worn to school but are not to be worn in class.
All articles of clothing, towels, lunch boxes and drink containers that come to school need to be labelled with student’s name.
Sneakers and shorts/pants should be worn on sports days.
Shoes without buckles and long pants are necessary for horse riding.
Always send coats in winter as students go outside at break times or may be walking down the street.
Students involved in programs at Seymour Technical High School and Seymour Primary School are required to wear the uniform of their host school.
