Camps and Excursions:
Camps and excursions are an important part of our program. They encourage independence and socially appropriate behaviour as well as providing access to the local community. If a group is having an excursion all students are expected to attend.
Students will attend a mix of local activities like the supermarket, bank, park and post office as well as a major excursion once a term.

School camp takes place each year. Students in their first or second year of school are not eligible to attend. All other primary & intermediate students will be encouraged to do so.
This year we are going to Currumbene for a farm experience.
Permission forms are on orange paper and are attached to newsletters.
Please ensure that all permission forms for excursions are filled in promptly and returned to school. If the form becomes lost notify the teacher for another or write a note in the diary giving permission for your son/daughter to attend.
All excursions, (apart from local) are approved by school council and notification of the same is given to the Department of Education.
School Grounds:
No student is allowed to leave the school grounds without written permission or a phone call from parents.
